The first clothing cooperation between the two companies since early 2020 included this black and white Off-White x Nike T-shirt, which was made available in July 2021.

As part of an eight piece clothing line, which also comprised shorts, t-shirts, pants, socks, a crop top, and tights, the Off-White x Nike Spray Dot T-shirt was made available. The front of this specific Off-White x Nike T-shirt is covered with a variety of spray dots, and the Nike Swoosh is positioned on the left breast. The back of the t-shirt features an antique Nike Swoosh that Off-White formerly utilized on clothing lines.
